HP 307A (CE743A) - Magenta - Toner

Probably the best printer I've ever bought... In that it just works. Which, if you've got a mac, seems to be all but impossible. Well done HP

I love this printer. I've had it now for just about or more than 15 years. I haven't had to replace the cartridges very often at all (yay for lasers!!). I'm a teacher and this printer got me through grad school and everything I've done since then!

I was a bit worried when this ink cartridge came in a beat up box that showed the product warranty date had expired. But I put it in my printer and it works fine. I don't know how long it will keep working.

I so agree with the toner comments, it costs a fortune. I bought a set back in June and I need to purchase more now. I only use it in my home office. The cost of renewing was over £200 so I went out and bought a new mono laser for around £120. The toners really let this one down, I can't believe that the last lot only lasted 3 months at best. I don't do much colour printing either and only added the mono one in July. These were the official HP toners too, not refurbished or 3rd party.

This printer arrived with the ink inside and had spilled all over the place. I cleaned it out but it has issues. I tried to return it when I realized it will not duplex print (gets stuck) and they refused to return it.
