First time I have used the canon store. And will certainly use it again, Product delivered on time, £14 cheaper than my usual suppliers. I always use original cartridges.

Nothing wrong with the cartridges although horrendously expensive. Obtaining an invoice and contacting them to resolve this issue was very time consuming. Probably easier to pop into PC world to pick up in future. No benefit buying direct from Canon.
