I don't hate anything, but the HP laptop has been a problem since I bought it from you. The red lighted keyboard is so dim it is very hard to see. If you can't type blindfolded you have to look carefully for every key. I talked the HP support, and they said there is no solution. Cyberlink's PowerDVD was provided to view DVDs, but now Cyberlink stopped it use and requires another $60 for an upgrade. HP's support can't or doesn't want help here either.

Games run without issue a grand majority of the time, and I also use it for other various 3D animation softwares and it runs most of those quite well too, with some limitations, granted, this is a laptop. But a damn good one. Aside from the occasional screen jitter on start up, where red colors flash for about 3 seconds, but I think that's because I've bumped mine on a few occasions. Great machine

Every thing is OK, It is just as described, fast and looks very nice , it is the best laptop I have until now ,
