Purchased this 2 pack Tapo c720 online and received only 1 of those, raised this issue with customer care since early may and still unable to resolve it! Had to fill in a chargeback request with my bank to get this sorted.

Bought this 2 -pack. 1 camera did not work. It took 1 return visit to a warehouse, and 14 e-mails with Costco and TP-Link to get a replacement. TP-Link customer service starts with unintelligible A I responses to e-mails, then a lengthy registration process. Did eventually get a replacement, but it was an uphill struggle, and I ended up paying for the return postage. On the plus side, the camera that does work is actually very good.

Such a broad view with the camera and the light is really bright. You can also make it alarm if you want to if your worried about someone near by etc. can set boundaries and whether it records people, cars, pets, motions or all. Would highly recommend.
