La Krups Nespresso Vertuo Plus XN9038 est appréciée pour sa simplicité d'utilisation et la possibilité de préparer différentes tailles de tasse. Le café est chaud et de bonne qualité, la machine est solide et facile à nettoyer. Attention, seules les capsules Vertuo sont compatibles, elles sont plus chères et disponibles uniquement chez Nespresso. Pas de mousseur à lait et choix limité en lungo/espresso. Idéale pour un café rapide et de qualité, moins pour ceux qui cherchent de la variété ou des capsules moins chères.

The machine worked well until it didn't. Heats quickly. Brews well. Reasonably quiet. It does not process the 12 or 16-oz brew pods, which I discovered after the machine was purchased. Then, 6 months into ownership the "descale" light (red/Green) turned on. I descalled several times with a solution, but the light persisted. Then, 2 weeks ago the device began leaking water until ultimately an inner cup came off.

Bought the 'Used' version in 'Very Good' condition for about $68 and it came pretty well packaged with most of it's original packing including a variety of 10 sample pods to try. I've had it for a week and so far it's been a pleasant experience. It works like new and Ihaven't seen any damage or wear. I definitely got my savings worth purchasing a 'used' in 'very good' conditions.

Was working fine then one day just would not turn on. Amazon can't do anything because it's past the return date and Nespresso will not get back to me. I was hoping to buy a good long lasting machine. Instead, I overpaid for a disposable machine with crappy customer service. Very disappointed.

we pretty much use this exclusively to make espresso martinis but it works wonderful! Very user friendly

This Nespresso Vertuo machine and the frother are made by Breville. I prefer this to the DeLonghi manufactured model. This has a rounded top and it also has a larger reservoir, both of which appeal to me.
