I used this product to send my house internet to two barns on my property. One is about 300 feet from the house and the other is 400-500 feet away. I have a 300mb service and I am getting 150 to 200 mbs internet at both barns. If you have clear line of sight to where you want to send it , these units work great. Requires some knowledge about IP setup but with google I found out everything that I needed to know. Also there are some great YouTube videos on the setup

I bought this to connect with a distant WIFI access point, as I know is possible with the Nanostation M5 (described as "legacy" on Ubiquiti's site). I bought this thinking it was an update of the M5, but the 5AC could see the network but would not attach. It is only for AirMax devices. I'm sure it works fine when used with other Ubiquiti products, but I had to return it and order the M5 instead.
