I haven't timed the recharge time but it does seem to charge faster. However, I think the cost of an extra metre of cable is expensive, especially if you can use a normal extension board with the 1 metre cable.

Great cord, I no longer have to pull on the cord because its too short and itll last longer as Im not damaging it!
