Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5100 HX6859/29

Bought this toothbrush after using it for less than a year the metal shaft under the brush head came out so I requested replacement under the warranty a year later the same thing happened the metal shaft under the brush head just came out completely, I'v never dropped the toothbrush or used force on it just not a god product.

Second one I've had and brush section comes loose... twice! Vibrates like crazy

The vibration frequency is too high which makes my teeth sore. So i am using soft hand brush after about one month from the purchase date. If possible I would like to replace it with another softer model. I have tried softer brush already but not much difference. I am using sonic tooth brush for more than 15 years. The current model with high frequency is causing damage to my teeth. I do follow instruction not to push on your teeth while using.

I bought this toothbrush after I got my braces off, thinking that it would be a great investment and a toothbrush that I would have for a long time. And I was right - it was a great toothbrush; my teeth have never felt cleaner and (with the aid of whitening toothpaste) I have really noticed a difference in the colour of my teeth. I am disappointed however because after only 3 years the pin that holds the toothbrush head has come loose making it impossible to use as there is no tension to hold the head in place. I thought this toothbrush would last me longer than just over 3 years. However this is my only complaint as the battery is still as good as when I bought it and my teeth are still just as clean with no cavities!!

Nice product, but carrying case came with missing clip so that rubber band is required to keep the lid closed and contents secure. Absolutely useless customer support - unable at all to speak with a human being, and on-line support doesn’t provide options for faulty accessories.
