Dear god. This should be an easy set up because you know it’s $600. Going on 2 hours and my boyfriend and I both have tried a myriad of things to no avail. Device is stuck halfway downloading software. It won’t budge. Connected it to WiFi downloaded the app tried on 2 different computers. ASSANINE

Save your money. The heart rate monitor is complete garbage. You'll get more accuracy from a $15 FitBit. I've gone through ALL the troubleshooting. Made sure it was clean, made sure it was snug but not tight, rebooted the watch, updated the Connect app... Nothing works. IF it starts reporting accurately it's always at the end of my freakin' work out. Completely useless for HIIT, which is why I bought it to begin with. If I'm doing nothing it's great. Start walking on a treadmill and it rarely, if ever, measures more than 110 (the machine I'm on measures 140+). Feel completely ripped off.

I pay for a new watch and amazon send me a use one. The battery doesn't work. Disappointed

I love the watch. But I hate the charging connection. About once a week I find that even though I plugged it in it actually didn’t charge, the connection between watch and wire is so frustrating. It pops off and then you find you have 3% battery when you’re about to go for a run. Mine is out of warranty but I wish I’d complained earlier. For functionality and workouts it’s 5 star. Love the running biking golfing swimming features. Everything else is perfect and it’s the best watch I’ve owned.
