Worked great for 2 years till we forgot the bottom part in a hotel stay. It's not unavailable to purchase again. It's a very nice product!

Never stopped automatically when the water was already boiling.. keeps boiling and boiling. forgot to return this poor item

Purchased for mom as she loves hot water. This worked for a couple months but then the button to open the lid broke. Such a little piece prevents the top from opening making the kettle unusable. Did not last more than a few months. Going to buy the next one at Costco.

I appears to be durable which has been a problem with some of the other products I bought
