Braun PowerBlend 9040 Noir

Bought this Braun TriForce Blender through the app in November 2024 and had it delivered to store. It was a Christmas present, so it was not opened until late December and not used until late January. Used it only 4 or 5 times, for smoothies, and it was fine until it became several times louder than before and caused the smoothies to smell and taste like oil! Tried it a few more times and same result. I contacted Braun and they asked for a video of the noisy blender and some other data but first suggested trying to return it to Macy's. Checked the Macy's Return site and saw that no returns after 30 days so I tried the online customer service chat. First dude simply said "it's beyond 30 days so we have no options to offer you and ended the chat without warning! Second dude said same thing, but kind of scolded me for not returning it within the arbitrary 30 days. I asked if I could try returning it to the store and he was non-committal. I'm off to Macy's store to plead my case.

I upgraded from a ninja blender. This Braun blender is incredibly powerful. I am very happy with this purchase. I make a great deal of soups and smoothies and it has worked beautifully.

Powerful, I bought one for myself two years ag. After my daughter used it she liked it so muc. Then I bought another one about three months ago for my daughter.

I am very glad with this purchase. Braun blender is the best in the market. The blade is German made. It purées and liquifies without leaving any pieces. It is very powerful. It is pre-programmed to do different functions such as smoothies, soup, ice crush etc. it is the best purchase I ever made. Grab it while it is available. I highly recommend it.
