My shoes as an adult male were perfect! True to size without increasing or decreasing size. They completely assist with strength training days in addition to light weight days. The assist with stability, form and balance! Will continue to purchase as needed!!

These are very stylish, they go with everything especially khaki shorts , they are super comfortable. Order one size bigger because they run a little small . I'm a 12 but I had to get 13 and they fit just like my other 12's
