La Sony HT-X8500 est une barre de son compacte avec caisson de basses intégré et prise en charge Dolby Atmos/DTS:X. Elle offre un son large et puissant, surtout pour les films, et s'installe facilement. Son design fin s'adapte à la plupart des téléviseurs sans prendre de place supplémentaire. Les basses sont puissantes mais peuvent parfois dominer les médiums et les dialogues. Il n'y a pas de haut-parleurs orientés vers le haut, donc l'effet de hauteur Atmos est limité. La connectique est minimale et il n'y a pas d'affichage clair, ce qui rend l'utilisation moins intuitive. Un bon choix pour une mise à niveau simple et puissante, mais les audiophiles ou ceux qui veulent de nombreuses connexions devraient chercher ailleurs.

I bought this from Curry’s February 24 for £249.00 after being told by the LG guy in Currys to go for the Sony over the LG one. Easy to hang on the wall and easy to connect to the tv. Sound is excellent and has improved the overall tv experience.

Expensive for what it is, sounds muffled. Sounds just coming out front of bar..no immersion of sound. No screen display of Soundbar Menu.

Had soundbar for just over 2 years, and stopped working one day and doesn’t even power on anymore. Advised it’s not covered by warranty either anymore, expected better from £300 piece of kit.
