La barre de son Bose Smart Ultra offre une construction soignée et une excellente clarté du dialogue. Elle prend en charge Dolby Atmos pour une expérience immersive, mais manque de basse grave et d'effets de hauteur. Elle est facile à installer et à contrôler, mais ne dispose pas de port HDMI Entrée ni de haut-parleurs satellites. Bien qu'elle soit plus chère que certaines alternatives, elle fournit une expérience sonore solide pour les films et la musique.

The sound is 5*; however, I am constantly having to deal with issues using the remote and the soundbar acting on its own. Sometimes the remote will turn on/off the TV, sometimes it won't. I've had the soundbar turn off all by itself after watching for a long period of time such as pre-game events and then a football game, etc. Also, it is a royal pain to not have a detailed, written Operator's Manual that can be referred to for the current issue rather than having to track down a phone or computer to work the problem. The online manual is only OK as I now have the "Microphone Off" red light 'on', but there is no explanation on how the mic got turned off or how to turn it back on. With all the issues I'm dealing with I would tell someone the great sound is not nearly worth all the hassles.

product sounds great however there is growth with Customer Service especially when the product ome tye Default and should not passed off to the "paying Customer" knowing invest alot money for this product. Not dont get me worng the last representive helped and resolve the situation.

I love the soundbar, what Im not happy about is that I never got my 10% welcome discount. Not a big deal bc I bought it anyways, but if you offer it, give it.

Your products are great but using your app and linking the soundbar and subwoofer needs to be improved.

The Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar is outstanding. The feature that brought me to this is its ability to have an extended speaker that I can carry to the next room and not have to blast the volume in one room to hear in the other.
