Weber Q 2000 (3.52 kW)

I bought the Q200 (old version of Q2000) 10 years ago while i was traveling for work (construction). used on site to cook meals for me and workers.I have been using it for the past 6 years at kids sporting events and beach to feed the family and friends. still works and looks great to this day. At the present time I'm looking to fab a stand to attach it to my boat to be able to use it on the lake, I'm sure it will not let me down there either.

This is my second QSeries. I liked my first one better. The ignition switch was nicer and I really liked having a thermostat on the outside. I truly didn’t get it when I purchased my second one how much I liked those features. I think they should be on every QSeries grill.

Ordered online and paid extra for two day shipping. The website told me it would be delivered June 5. It's now june 6 and it hasn't even shipped, and no one from weber is able to respond. They blame it on covid. Poor excuse for poor service. I've called their 24/7 service number only to get a recording that says leave your name and number and we'll call you back. Well I've done that 3 times already and guess what, no call back. FAIL

I have had this grill a little over a year and it is my second one with same problem only used 10 times and have had alot of problems with it this spring if it lights it only lights half the burner does not get hot at all. Going to switch to another brand if I can't figure it out

The quality of the grill is beyond our imagination.
