Fujifilm Filtre Protecteur 49mm

This filter is ridiculously high priced for what it is but it matches the lens on my silver X100 and satisfies the OCD in me. Besides the matching silver ring, two advantages of this filter are the coatings on the filter match the coatings on the lens and there is no effect on the image quality that I can detect. Fuji surely knows why we buy this filter because you cant buy a black one

You have to put the camera right up to your nose and move it around to try and catch some light to even see the glass. You certainly get what you pay for over the budget protectors. Be warned, you will need the adapter ring on X100/X70, without it, the lens will hit the filter when focusing on very close objects and require a power cycle of the camera.
