Canon ES-52 - paresoleil d'objectif

A handy and recommendable lens, which is capable of consistently very good results. You can use it at maximum aperture with confidence. Extreme corners are pictorially insignificant for 95%+ of pictorial photography. This is a lens to enjoy, and to always carry!

This lens is a god-send. Is a great "party" lens for group pictures, excellent both indoors and outdoors. The distortion is minimal and color rendition is SO good! Sharpness is very good and focus is excellent requiring very little effort. Is also so inexpensive compared to other lens, that I can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for an all-purpose, semi-wide lens but with similar properties to the 50mm counterpart, this is it. You can't go wrong with this one.

Doesn't really protect the lens from bumps...lens cap does a better job, or screw-in filter. Mad to call it a "hood"

Just the right lens for certain times. Makes my 6d seem very small. Extremely sharp. Its a good buy.

Tack-sharp images when on our 5Dmiii. So worth the money, one of their best value lenses.
