Le Nikon Coolpix P1100 est idéal pour photographier des sujets lointains grâce à son impressionnant zoom 125x. L'appareil offre de belles images et des vidéos 4K en bonne lumière, et l'écran orientable permet des angles créatifs. Cependant, la qualité baisse nettement en faible lumière et à ISO élevé, et au zoom maximal, l'autofocus est lent et les images moins nettes. La taille et le poids sont importants, ce qui limite la portabilité. Les commandes sont simples, mais le zoom est assez lent. Pour la photo animalière, c'est un excellent choix si l'on accepte ces limites.

ordered item Jan 2 2026 for $1709.00, received it on Jan 7 2026 - two days early - great. camera and bundle contents as described. Tripod a bit small for the camera. However I checked the website on Jan 7 2026 to confirm the bundle contents and found that the price had dropped to $1599.99 a difference of $109.01. I would like to know why the price decreased. - still trying to found out why

Offering an incredible, some may say ridiculous, 125x optical zoom means that neither this camera nor its price tag is small. In fact, the P1100 is much heftier than online images indicate. While image stabilisation is impressive enough that a judder-free view is visible through the eyepiece even at maximum 3000mm equivalent – and surprisingly sharp images can be captured that we wouldn’t have a hope in hell of achieving without – this isn’t really a camera for prolonged handheld use. Fortunately, a tripod screw thread is provided at the base for additional support. While weight and bulk, along with a tiny sensor more commonly found in a snapshot camera, means the P1100 won’t be for everyone, this is Nikon reclaiming and reinvigorating the super zoom/ bridge camera market.
