I recently bought an X-T3 to go with my X-T4. (Fair "used" price from Adorama, in nice condition, and was even able to register it for a year warranty with Fuji.) Why not another X-T4, nor the newer X-T5? (1) As a back-up to the X-T4 with identical sensor and still/video specs (2) The IBIS on the X-T4 tends to conflict with the OIS of telephoto zoom lenses, which is sufficient for using on a body without IBIS, so thusly is my X-T3 ...

HI, I know I'm late to the party, but I wanted to share my insights now that I have had my X-T3 for around 6 months. I came to the X-T3 from the Canon M50 (after having the M10 and M6 before it) looking for a more complete system (I don't like to adapt lenses) and a camera line that will keep evolving in the future. I hesitated a lot between Fuji and FF and, beig sincere, one of the reasons I went for the X-T3 was its aesthetics. I love how my silver X-T3 looks. I wasn't sure I would like the ...

Having read comparison reviews (a very comprehensive review on Fujirumors.com) which state that it is just a settings issue, decided to do my own tests. I got identical results by adjusting the default Lightroom settings for the X-T3 to: (1) viewing at 200% or 300% (2) default Capture One settings (3) Sharpening at 20 vs the default of 40 (4) Noise Reduction - Luminance to 100 vs 0

I shoot landscape photos. I have been doing so for about 7 years and mostly with Canon. Most recently I had tried the EOS R for about 2 months and while there were certain things I really liked about the camera I could not deal with the weight/bulk/size of the setup. Before that I had an EOS M6 (v1) and shot with that camera for 3 years. I got a lot of great images from it but Canon's lack of support to that system and Fuji's complete support of their system prompted me to switch. So why ...

Every photographer needs to find "their" camera for each format, in my opinion. I'm in the school of thought that every photographer should have one camera for each primary format -- Digital, 35mm film, 120 film, large format. Find a camera or two in each format that fits you . I've been struggling for years to get behind Canon. I love canon dearly, my first digital camera was a Canon, my first DSLR was a Canon, and my last camera before buying the X-T3 was the Canon 6D Mark II, a drastically ...
