As usual with Fuji, the X-S10 holds appeal for a couple of markets; namely a mainstream one via first time mirrorless converts with relatively deep pockets who want to get more hands-on control than their smartphone will allow, plus existing photo enthusiasts who want a relatively straightforward option for their camera bag and everyday use.

I've written a review for this camera over on my blog but the TLDR is: The Fujifilm X-S10 offers a very affordable gateway into the Fuji ecosystem for those who want something similar to other brands (PASM dial) with all the features that make Fujifilm what they are (film simulations and excellent rage of APSC lenses). You may feel limited in some situations when it comes to AF tracking although this will all be forgotten when you bear witness to the image quality this camera gives you in return.

More like Nikon/Canon with mode dial being a PASM dial instead of the usual Fujifilm setup. Small camera, about the size of the X-T30, but it has a very deep grip and IBIS. Nice size and weight for that all day jaunt, but when shooting longer or heavier lenses I still prefer the X-H1.

The unique X-S10 from Fujifilm has a freshly different design approach with nice solid grip (no need to add the 100+ Dollars metal L grip, camera has vari-angle LCD (doubles as protection for LCD by turning it around when closing, solidly made, USB-C, light-weight, beefed up video and still operations, latest processor and sensor (IV) same as XT-4 (same image quality). This should have been the upgrade from X-E3 (Sorry, X-E4…!). With the added IBIS, one can use non-stabilised lenses - ...
