Product key did not work on the Microsoft web page?

This is the standard Microsoft office, believed me is better to get the full license than get the one year subscription, better for your wallet at long term.

Let's be honest, Microsoft Office only really changes every 5 years. If you need it for a personal home computer or as a student, this is all you need. Save some money by spending a little more now rather than $80 a year on a subscription service.

I ordered this for my parents new PC and I can say I was confused with the presentation. Where the product itself works, the delivery method of the key was slightly concerning. It arrived in an envelope with a single piece of paper inside that looked like printed instructions to go to a website. the paper looked like it could have been printed from a standard PC printer and the instructions written in a Word document. If this was the case and I knew that is what we were getting it in that form, a Digital delivery would have been much faster and more efficient. I expected the delivery to come in the form of a prepaid card or a similar medium but was very disappointed. Regardless of that, the key worked and my parents have the product so it is effective in that regard. Still worth the purchase.

I’d rather give it a zero out of 5 stars. I got the product but the key wasn’t working. I called Microsoft and they said the key was disabled because it’s a pirated product. Just buy it directly from Microsoft.
